Unlike a lot of families these days, CyberBob's parents are still together, and have been together for nearly 27 years. And they are also living proof that hospital romances are true...as they met when my father was a patient, and my mother was a nurse. These days, neither of them work, but the reasons for which I am not saying here.

CyberBob also has two sisters (no brothers). One of them is two years older than him, and the other is six years younger than him. The elder sister currently works for NRMA in Workers Compensation, and the younger sister is at university, and works part-time at Panther's Leagues Club in Sydney, Australia.

CyberBob still has one living grandparent, that being his mother's mother, who currently lives in the Wollongong area of NSW, Australia. He also has various aunties, uncles, and cousins, living in places as diverse as Sydney, Aberdeen, Gunnedah, Wollongong, Brisbane, Melbourne, and New Zealand...and there could be others that CyberBob has forgotten to include.

CyberBob's parents have often classed pets as part of the family, and in CyberBob's memory, there have been three pets that he can remember. When CyberBob was young, he had a pet cat, named Scat, who has since passed on. While he was growing up, and after he left home, he had two pet dogs. One of them was a mixed breed dog named Albert, who has since passed on, and the other one is a male fox terrier named Patch, who is still with CyberBob's parents. Where he lives now, with his fiancee and her family, CyberBob has another pet cat, whose name is Maggie, and at one place that CyberBob resided while attending university, he had a pet cat named Sapphire.
